Red Jester


Red Jester is back!  Primarily chambourcin, a French-American Hybrid with malbec tendencies so this time we added a bit of Malbec. Spicy and full with earth, berry, and oak tones.  Took a silver medal at the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition.

Food choices:
Lamb, pork, ribs, heavier fishes.  Superb with spaghetti!
