Chef Justin has been in the restaurant business since 2003. Justin was a corporate trainer and a culinary director’s assistant for Not Your Average Joes, a Boston-based, scratch cooking concept with 20+ Northeast locations. He was also executive chef of Dublin’s Sportsbar & Grille in New Bedford, MA (his hometown near Cape Cod). Currently he proudly works at Café Lou Lou in St. Matthews, KY.
He will present a 5 course Menu with Palate Cleanser.
